Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window

   • Customers have 3 days from the date the order is received to initiate a return or exchange.

2. Refunds

   • If we made a mistake with your order (wrong item, size, or defective product), we will provide a full refund once the item is returned to us in its original condition.

3. Exchanges

   • If you decide you no longer want the item for personal reasons, you may return it and exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value.

   • The exchange will be processed once the original item is received back in its original condition.

4. Return Condition

   • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

   • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
